The majority of our adulthood is spent at work. This is a fact that holds true for most people (if not all) across the globe. But between questions like:‘What’s the most lucrative sector? Which company is the best in xyz field?’and so many more, the most essential one is forgotten.

Or in other words…Isn’t it high time we were able to understand how satisfied we truly are at the place we spend the most time?

Because workplace happiness isn’t as intangible a factor as it seems. (Just ask us)

With this fundamental question looming in our heads and an equally curious team, we dove into this topic and are proud to announce the launch of our first B2C product: Your Happyness Quotient.

Is this like any other yes/no survey you’ve answered in the past? Nope, not at all.Why? Because this one helps make a difference – the kind that has the potential to better your work life.

What’s in a job? 

That which we call happiness at work by any other name should be just as satisfying.

Building a happier world, one form at a time At the end of answering the survey’s questions, you will receive a score for Your Happyness Quotient out of 4, along with a detailed report and an interpretation of your answers.

Seems pretty straightforward, doesn’t it? However, every answer serves as a crucial piece in the puzzle (read: big picture), ultimately fostering workplace contentment all around.

The invaluable data we gather from the survey enables us to pinpoint whether each issue pertains to a specific industry, age group, tenure and so forth.
