Pi is neither a tool nor software. In fact it's what we call LAAS or Listening As A Service. Pi is a one-stop shop for all your people’s voices from the different stages of their employee life-cycle, based on data you currently gather as part of your organization’s processes. If this is your first time availing Pi, then we recommend working with your most recent year’s employee data, this enables us to understand any seasonal trends and peculiar patterns in your organization. Having conducted Pi once, it can be run every 6 months for effective insights and any plausible implementation.

In our report, you can find the screen-recordings of the dashboard/s that supplement/s our insights, however, we can provide you with complete access to the dashboards as a premium service.

Irrespective of the state of your data, Pi can be conducted to mine valuable insights, however, in cases of scattered and inconsistent data Pi especially helps with bridging the gaps and standardizing your data for further periodic collection and maintenance.

As an output, you will receive a detailed report highlighting aspects of each stage of an employee lifecycle, based on the data collected and shared with us. This report will highlight common patterns, areas of greatness, and aspects that need improvement through insights and our tailored recommendations. Any Employee data that you have captured which is a direct (feedback, interviews, reviews, social listening, etc) or indirect (leaves, R&R, attrition, etc ) voice of your employee across the stages of the employee lifecycle.
