Pulse Surveys are employee feedback mechanisms that are generally short & conducted frequently.

These surveys are not generally content specific - they can measure just about anything from your organisation’s goals, employee commitment, expectations, and shifts. Conducting culture dipsticks at regular intervals can help you improve productivity, retention, engagement and growth of your employees. Meant to understand the “pulse” of your employees and how they feel at and about work, pulse surveys are a great place to start policy design & changes!
