Counselling slots are reserved in advance and are held exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes you might need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and we are happy to help. In order to ensure that you have a seamless experience when using our counselling services, here's what you need to do.
Need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by logging into your account using the email id used for your booking. Click on forgot password to generate a new password and login to your account. If for any reason you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment, it will be considered as a no-show and marked as a completed counselling session. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please notify us at the earliest and we will do our best to provide you with the next available slot.
If you do not reschedule or make contact with the Counsellor within 3 months, it will be assumed that you are no longer interested in continuing counselling. Thank you for your understanding. Your Counsellor looks forward to beginning this journey with you!

NGU is not a mental health crisis* service, and the services provided do not include crisis intervention. The Counsellors provided by NGU for Counselling Services are not authorized to provide crisis intervention services and any Counsellor providing any form of crisis intervention shall be doing so on their own accord and NGU or any of their agents, sub-agents and employees shall not responsible for any cause of action or liability arising due to the same.
We do not share personal details and information about any conversation with your companies. The services are voluntary and deemed confidential.
CONSENT FOR AVAILING COUNSELLOR SERVICES
Your employer / company through Never Grow Up Workshops Private Limited (‘NGU’) provides employees a safe space to manage stress, talk about and work through personal issues or work related problems with a qualified mental health professional. As part of our well-being services, we provide Counselling sessions. Please read this important information about our services and policies carefully. By engaging in our services, you willingly agree to the following:
The Counselling sessions may be recorded for professional and training purposes
The recorded transcript, only if required, will only be used by the Counsellor to provide the best possible care and the same shall be kept confidential at all times.
If you are receiving treatment or Counselling services from other medical facilities or services, your Counsellor may contact your doctor or person in charge with your prior written consent.
Please follow the Counselling services policies throughout the course of counselling. If your medical condition becomes unstable or you violate the policies, the Counsellor/Psychologist may terminate the service.
Note that if your Counsellor/Psychologist deems fit, he/she may refer you to another health care provider who can better meet your needs.
Never Grow Up is not a mental health crisis* service, and the Counselling services do not provide crisis intervention. Our Counsellors are not authorized by Never Grow Up to provide crisis intervention services and any Counsellor providing any form of crisis intervention shall be doing so on their own accord and Never Grow Up or any of their agents, sub-agents and employees shall not responsible for any cause of action or liability arising due to the same.
Please note that your Counsellor may be changed, for any reason. If during a counselling session, in the rare instance that your conversation or behavior indicates signs of a mental health crisis, the Counsellor will, with no exceptions, do the following:
Advise you 'the customer/client' to contact the Aasra 24x7 Helpline- 91-9820466726 for immediate support. Alternatively the Counsellor will provide the contact number for other suicide prevention helplines such as The Samaritans Mumbai +91 84229 84528 / +91 84229 84529 / +91 84229 84530.
Re-iterate verbally that since Counselling service does not include or provide crisis intervention, the Counsellor is unable to offer crisis support.
Prepare a detailed mental health crisis risk assessment report with the customer’s/client’s details with notes on observed behavior and actions during the session, any statements made that indicate risk (verbatim if possible), duration of the session and any professional guidance given.
Flag this up immediately along with the above report.
The Counsellor shall keep confidential all confidential information provided to him/her by you excepting only such information as is already generally known to the public and that he/she shall not release use or disclose of the same except with your prior written permission or if required by law or an order from court. However, since the Counsellors staff work in teams, he/she may consult with other Counselling staff to provide the best possible care. These consultations are for professional and training purposes. If there is evidence of clear and imminent danger of harm to self and/or others, the counsellor would be liable to report this information to the authorities responsible for ensuring safety as mentioned above.
You shall to the maximum extent permitted by law, indemnify and hold the Counsellor, your Employer and NGU, their agents and employees harmless for any acts or decisions made in good faith by the Counsellor while performing Counselling services.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read the above material and understand its provisions. You understand that the results of Counselling services vary from person to person and that achieving a positive outcome depends upon your efforts as well as those of your Counsellor.
